Private Blue is a boutique development of six contemporary villas rising quietly from the hillside above Ammoudara. Each house sits low against the ridge, with long horizontal roofs extending over timber-slatted pergolas that filter the Cretan sun. Full-height glazing dissolves the boundary between interior and terrace; infinity pools and reflecting basins frame the sea beyond.

Materials are drawn from the site — local stone, warm oak, lime-washed walls and dark bronze detailing. Delivered in full and sold in full: every one of the six residences found its owner prior to completion.
